The firm opened above a shopfront on Whitechapel Road because that is where our clients already were: families sorting out settlement, tenants living with disrepair, employers trying to sponsor a first overseas hire. Fifteen years on we are still on the same road, with a bigger team and the same intake process: someone qualified reads your papers before you are quoted.

Most of our work arrives by referral from a previous client, which shapes how we run files. We keep matters with the person who opened them, publish every fixed fee, and say no when a case is outside what we do well rather than learning on your money.
