Immigration Solicitor

We are looking for a solicitor with at least two years of post-qualification experience in UK immigration to run their own caseload of Skilled Worker, family and settlement matters.
What you will do
- Run your own caseload from first consultation through to outcome
- Draft applications, representations and witness statements
- Keep clients updated in plain English, in writing, at every stage
What we are looking for
- Relevant experience in the practice area, gained in a UK firm
- Clear written English and a methodical approach to evidence
- Comfort explaining difficult news honestly and early
