We offer free callback request, where one of our colleague will call you and will assess your matter. Regarding consultation with our principal solicitor we charge £60 for 30 minutes consultation. If you instruct us, then we disount that consultation fee.

Almost all of our work is on a fixed fee, agreed in writing before anything starts. Our published schedule is on the pricing page. Home Office fees, court fees and the Immigration Health Surcharge are payable separately and are never marked up.

Yes. The person who opens your file runs it. If they are away, you will be told who is covering and how to reach them.

For urgent matters — protective orders, detention, imminent deadlines — we can usually act the same day. For everything else we normally open a file within two working days of instruction.

We tell you straight away what the refusal means, whether there is a right of appeal or administrative review, and what the realistic prospects are. We will say when a challenge is not worth your money.
