The content here is general information about the law of England and Wales and about the services we offer. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on as though it were.

Law and Immigration Rules change often, fees change, and every case turns on its own facts and evidence. Take advice on your own circumstances before you act on anything you read here, and do not let a deadline pass while you do.

Sending us an enquiry, or reading a page, does not make you our client. We act for you only once we have carried out our conflict and identity checks and sent you a client care letter setting out the work, the cost and who will do it.

You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw that permission at any time.

Enquiries and messages

Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Use it to ask us to make contact, and we will tell you how to send documents securely. Email is not a secure medium, and we cannot guarantee that a message sent to us arrives, or arrives unaltered. If a matter is urgent, telephone us.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for legal services we are instructed to provide is dealt with in our Terms & Conditions and in your client care letter, not here.
