By using this website you accept these terms. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and no solicitor–client relationship is created until we have agreed in writing to act for you.

Who runs this site
This website is operated by Imran & Co Solicitors Ltd, trading as Imran & Co Solicitors, of First Floor, 221 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1DE. We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA number 8006961 — our entry on the SRA register sets out what that covers. You can contact us at info@imransolicitors.co.uk or on 020 7871 5365.
Information on this site is not advice
The content here is general information about the law of England and Wales and about the services we offer. It is not legal advice and must not be relied on as though it were.
Law and Immigration Rules change often, fees change, and every case turns on its own facts and evidence. Take advice on your own circumstances before you act on anything you read here, and do not let a deadline pass while you do.
Sending us an enquiry, or reading a page, does not make you our client. We act for you only once we have carried out our conflict and identity checks and sent you a client care letter setting out the work, the cost and who will do it.
Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep the site available, accurate and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we do not guarantee that every page reflects the law as it stands on the day you read it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site without notice.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share pages from this site for your own use or that of your organisation. You may not:
- use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or misleading;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its host or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the operation of the site for others;
- collect data from the site by automated means, or reproduce it in bulk, without our written permission.
Intellectual property
The text, images, video, layout and design of this site belong to Imran & Co Solicitors, or are used under licence, unless stated otherwise. Our name and logo are ours. Nothing on this site transfers any right in them to you, and none of it may be reproduced commercially without our written permission.
Links to and from other sites
Where we link to another organisation, we do so for convenience. We do not control those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for anything on them. Read their own terms and privacy policies before using them.
You may link to our home page in a way that is fair and does not suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw that permission at any time.
Enquiries and messages
Please do not send confidential documents or sensitive personal information through the enquiry form. Use it to ask us to make contact, and we will tell you how to send documents securely. Email is not a secure medium, and we cannot guarantee that a message sent to us arrives, or arrives unaltered. If a matter is urgent, telephone us.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content, including loss of profit, business, opportunity or data, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our liability for legal services we are instructed to provide is dealt with in our Terms & Conditions and in your client care letter, not here.
Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Cookies and embedded content are covered in our Cookie Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms at any time. The version published here when you use the site is the version that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site, are governed by the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
